One of their important tasks is answering friendly and courteous trough every conversation even if on the phone the guest can hear if you friendly voice and always ask the guest if he or she may be placed on hold no guest should be placed on hold more than 30 seconds.

Bartenders they responsable for the party time make our guests favorite cocktails margaritas having knowledge or each tequila handmade fresh squeezed fruits decorating all drinks coming with new ideas for fabulous moderns drinks the have our costumers guessing and waiting for what’s next each month from exotic drinks cups fresh handcut fruits creating flowers ,ducks ,smiley faces and more

Sharing they creative ideas no idea is small or wrong we try all of them always striving to provide cleanliness organization and push for responsible drinking practices always according to the laws .

Managers and floor managers responsibility is couch the team hike making sure all costumers have everything they need have eyes everywhere to provide solutions to every part of the restaurant show leadership but also compassion when is need it use communication as key because on this position as a manager you need to be a Litle bit of everything organizational and personal manage of emotions is very important to see the performance of the employees but also the needs of the customers and future regulars .

Dishwasher are very important for this company they carry a hard and important job they make sure all plate cups bar cups and utensils clean sanitize also keeping all areas impeccable on order to work with fast pace and make sure everything is on order .

Busser our bussers are responsible to bring chips and salsa to every table and also pick up empty plates sweep and keep dinning area clean notify every server if the tables need them also working with intention the be ready for the next table .
